Salary position
Learn all aspects of store operations alongside our managers: sales, collections, inventory, team member management
Travel to store locations will be provided/compensated
Learn to sell the features of our Rent-to-own business model
Grow customer base by building relationships
Learn and apply our collections strategy
Take customer payments, verify customer files, and complete other sales-oriented tasks including calling on sales leads
Maintain showroom, keep merchandise clean and rent ready
Help your team maintain backroom & deliver/pick-up product when needed
Present a positive and professional image
Reliable, dependable, organized
Clean driving record & valid driver's license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
